About this deal

I understand toxic and abusive relationships and maybe if this had actually been written with any ounce of effort it could show that but it just shows a weak and powerless man abusing an extremely powerful woman for NO REASON. Meanwhile, Malina is losing control of Sixth Kingdom (with Midas' help who is definitely not pleased after he learns what she's trying to do). I instantly find myself wishing that things were different, that we had met under other circumstances. The second part of the book gets much darker and things that were put into motion in the first part happen. I said in my review of Glint that he reminded me of Rhysand in ACOMAF, and he continues to be amazing in this third book.

i really like how the story progresses in this installment and feel very pleased with how everything concludes until the next book. His "plan" made sense when he was a traveller that got greedy, not a criminal mastermind that had been coveting her for years. She deals with what life gives her while holding her head high and secretly plotting to get herself out of it and into a better life. Pink Mackayla Lane - I love Darkfever but it was impossible for you to turn stabby-spear-lethal with zero training overnight). Then you'd be a statue struck right here on the stairwell, and I don't think gold's your color, Commander. They help progress relationships and present a new hill within the relationship that they they have to acknowledge and overcome.

I love when the characters verbally battle and accuse each other, expressing their emotions and thought process through a fight. Not to mention the prose - so well done, so unique, so wonderfully descriptive that I can envision this world of magic and politics and love and loss as if I am there, living in it, experiencing all that Auren does. They live in the Sixth Kingdom of Orea since Midas married Malina, the rightful heir to the throne of Highbell. Because the world will keep on trying to leash me, men will continue trying to steer me in their grips of control. Ela sofreu tanto, a vida toda, pra nessa etapa estar passando por algumas dificuldades impostas por ela mesma. all the aurenslade, as always, were EVERYTHING🥺🫶 i will say though the drop in rating is due to me truly not being able to bear all the midas scenes because ugh + also malina chapters are so boring😭 im sorry i skimmed all her chapters because genuinely!

This book has significantly more plot than the prior two books, including a few different interweaving story lines. The 103 third parties who use cookies on this service do so for their purposes of displaying and measuring personalized ads, generating audience insights, and developing and improving products. So her independence felt contrived - it was all just filler (during which she literally achieved nothing) until she fell in his arms and looked to him to be her savior. Jedes Wort, jede Seite begleitete ein extremer Suchtmodus, was auch mit dem flüssigen Schreibstil zusammenhängt. The pace felt a bit slower in this one but we have a lot of details and the history we learn about Midas was a stroke of genius that I didn't see coming.
